This agreement, between coach, Nicci Lou, and {{first_name}} {{last_name}} continues until either party wishes to terminate the agreement. Each session will last up to 60 minutes.
COACHING DEFINITION: According to the International Coach Federation, Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
COACHING SERVICES. The services to be provided by the coach include (a) scheduled coaching session(s) either weekly, fortnightly, or as a one off (followed by 4 hours of Voxer). The scheduled session will be conducted on Google Meet.
FEES. The client, or the client’s representative, understands and agrees to pay the fee you selected at checkout, payable as outlined in the payment plan.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION. Rescheduling/cancellation of an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance to get a full refund. No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in the full session fee. Clients are responsible to contact the coach to reschedule the missed coaching session for the next available time slot.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that:
- As your coach, I will not tell you what to do. You/your child, as the client, are always empowered to choose, and are held responsible for your/their actions. You assume responsibility for any action taken in relation to a coaching session, as well as all outcomes and results.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from coaching, however caused, including loss of goodwill or other intangible loss. My total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the session(s) the claim relates to.
- In the event that you divulge information that leads me to determine that you are a risk to yourself or others, I am legally responsible to notify appropriate personnel.
